There is no public App Store release or public beta announced here. The website preview is not a download portal. A verified support contact, release notes and store listing will be added before public distribution.

Keep sensitive files private

Do not send vault secrets, original photographs, identification documents or recovery archives to support. A useful future bug report will describe the device, iOS version, app version, steps and visible error using sample data.

Before troubleshooting

If an installed vault app holds your only copies, do not delete it or reset its data as an experiment. Follow that product’s official instructions. Our recovery checklist explains how to inventory remaining copies first.

What comes next

Device validation, accessibility review, security review and App Store preparation remain release gates. We will replace this page with tested support instructions when there is a released product to support.
